The host cancelled without letting me know. I called less than 48 hours in advance just to confirm everything and the person that answered the phone said “ oh ya, the owner is doing refurbishing and the unit is not available anymore.”! I found that very fishy and profoundly disrespectful. I would like to warm people to not book this property. VBRO care team helped me find another unit last minute and refunded my amount and provided addition funds for the last minute booking. Buyer beware!!!!!!!
