Come and discover this charming house of 78 m² with modern lines in the heart of the village of Salles-sur-Mer. In the heart of a quiet and pleasant area not far from the coast and all amenities, enjoy a relaxing stay with family or friends!
You will have a bright living room with a lounge area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with central island, two bedrooms, a shower room as well as a garden and a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal in the sun! Sheets and towels not provided.

The house:
The single-story dwelling consists of the following (there are 2 steps to access the house) :

Day area:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a corner sofa, coffee table, TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests.
- A kitchen open to the living room, with a central island with 4 seats, and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, ice maker...

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and storage space.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and storage space.
- A shower room with a shower.
- Separate WC.

Outside :
- A 30 m² terrace facing south, equipped with garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue.
- A large enclosed garden of 200 m², equipped with a dining table and deckchairs to enjoy a good meal outside!

Petit séjour sur le secteur de La Rochelle avec ma compagne, ma fille, mon gendre et leur petite fille de 4 mois. Dans la cuisine, il y a vraiment tous les accessoires nécessaires pour cuisiner. Tout est à disposition et c'est agréable. Dans le salon il y a des jeux de société disponibles ainsi que des jeux pour bébé et enfants. Le jardin est également très agréable. Merci pour le lit parapluie ainsi que pour la petite baignoire. Merci également pour l'accueil avec la bouteille de rosé :) Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !"

MAISON TRES AGREABLE

Maison très bien pensée pour le séjour que nous avons passé à 4 adultes. Tous le nécessaire y est pour cuisiner du petit-déjeuner au diner. Petite ville calme. Pendant notre séjour, hors saison, nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir nous rendre sur la brocante organisée par la ville. La situation géographique nous a permis de nous rendre à CHATELALLON en 20 minutes et à LA ROCHELLE en 45 minutes. Nous sommes également allés à L'ILE DE RE. Nous vous conseillons cette location.

Pourtant pour être tout le temps en déplacement , je suis exigeante. Le logement était identique aux photos ainsi que la description . La literie impeccable pour moi. 🙁 La salle de bains qui n'est pas très grande mais bien agencée. Et il ne manquait absolument rien , à part un miroir de pied dans la maison....Très pratique pour se voir avant de partir au travail ....Ou en soirée Notre hôte, très réactive."

Semaine en famille reposante dans la maison Dany. Tout était parfait, la décoration, les équipements, la propreté, le jardin … Bonne situation au calme, nous nous sommes très bien sentis dans cette maison ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
