On the upper level, you’ll find a gorgeous kitchen with top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances; a spacious, comfortable living room made for movie nights, games & relaxed lounging; two dining areas: one full-size table for adults and a second kid-friendly table so everyone has a seat; and a back deck with a private hot tub, ideal for unwinding after beach days or soaking under the stars. On the first floor, you'll find the entryway, primary suite, laundry room, two guest bedrooms, Jack & Jill bathroom and interior staircase to the upper level. On the upstairs, you will find the kitchen, two dining areas, living room, bunk bedroom and half bathroom. You can access the back deck from the dining areas and living room. Off street parking for up to 4 cars. Late fees may apply for passes required within 2 weeks of check in or for showing up without the QR code at the Seabrook Island gate.
