Welcome to this private beach home located very close to Seabrook Island's beautiful North Beach. Relax on the wicker chairs on the front porch and listen to the ocean's waves. Walk to Boardwalk #2 and spend the day in the water and relaxing under the sun. This spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house has plenty of space for your family and friends to gather and make Seabrook Island vacation memories.
Upon entering you will feel welcomed. The great room has many fabulous architectural highlights. Features include cathedral ceilings, cherry hardwood flooring, and windows outfitted with plantation shutters allow sunlight to stream. Wall cutouts offer views to the downstairs from the stairway and upstairs hall. Settle into the new, comfortable furnishings to share stories from your day. Gather around the gas-log fireplace or large HDTV. You will really enjoy spending time with your family and friends in this great room. Just beyond is the dining area and kitchen which has been totally renovated with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and more!! Dine around the table or enjoy the counter seating for four. Step onto the screened porch and sip cool drinks or enjoy a good book on the new furniture. Barbecue on the new gas grill on the deck off the screened porch. A spacious laundry room with new HE front load washer and dryer is adjoining the kitchen.
Also on the 1st floor are two bedrooms and two full baths. The 1st bedroom features a Queen sized bed. White furnishings and windows brighten this retreat. There is a full bathroom accessible from the hall with a shower. Also on the level is a master suite. It has a queen bed, TV, and sitting area. The updated bathroom suite has white cabinetry with a double sink, tile flooring, wainscot paneling, and a shower with glass doors.
Head upstairs where the hall balcony overlooks the living area below. There are two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The master suite is at one end of the hall. This bright room has a king bed, French doors leading to a porch, cathedral ceilings, and an HDTV. The new master bathroom has tile flooring, two sinks, a shower, and a tub. At the other end of the hall is the 4th bedroom with a queen four post bed and access to a hall bath with a shower.
The family room upstairs features sliding glass doors in order to watch the TV without disturbing the rest of the house. This makes a great room for kids to enjoy their movies while the rest of the family watches their show in the living room. This room has been totally renovated with all new furniture, windows, cathedral ceiling and TV. It is a wonderful retreat! This room has a queen sofa, pull out bed.
This great home is located on a quiet street in a very quiet setting. Nestled amid tropical landscape, you will be treated to great wildlife viewing (deer, foxes, bobcats, and birds). Enjoy family and friends while sitting on the deck. Listen to the waves of the nearby ocean while the kids play in the grassy yard. The back deck has a gas grill and rocking chairs where you can relax. The home also has an outdoor shower.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. Amenity Cards give access to the Club amenities are included in the rental price. The Amenity Cards gives access to the Club Amenities the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Very convenient to the beach. Full access to all of Seabrook's amenities. Great space for families and friends to create memories. What a way to spend your vacation!

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
