House was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped but coffee machine a little tricky. This is a great location with proximity to the Pocassett marina, Hen's Cove, and Monument Beach. The only detractions were the incorrect wifi password in the book, and no back up trash can liners. The team was extremely responsive to our texts, though, and courteous.

Great location

We loved staying at this property. It is recently refurbished and is very comfortable and clean. It’s well furnished and the kitchen is very functional. We have family in Pocasset, so it’s the perfect location for us. Its close to all points of interest in the Cape.

Lovely Weekend Getaway at the Cape

Our family had a wonderful at this adorable little home. Our 3 year was in love with his bunk bed. We were perfectly located to nice restaurants and local beaches. We had everything we needed for a quiet weekend getaway!

The house looks brand new and it was convenient to a number of great beaches. We had a great time! However I feel that 7 guests would feel VERY tight in this small space, and wouldn't recommend going over 4 or maybe 5.

It was okay. But the sink didn’t work right. There was no propane for the grill. There was cobwebs above the island in the kitchen. A stained comforter in the center of living room box. All the doors would open on their own easily unless they were locked. Like if someone was walking it could make them open. Everything seemed pretty cheap and not up to date, for what they charge for the place. But not a bad spot, location wise. It’s quiet. Good for a small family and close to beaches.

Per our rental agreement, propane is not guaranteed. However, there are plenty of local stores and gas stations where exchanges/refills are available. We hope to host you again soon!

Clean and Cozy

This was the perfect Cape Cod cottage for my wife and I while visiting our son playing in the Cape Cod Baseball League.

Beautiful property and home

The property and home were beautiful. Great neighborhood and home layout, very cleanly. The binder description of neighborhood and confirmation of cottage location was a little different than what is on the property details. The main area ductless AC unit was not functional and leaking water for 3 nights, which was half of our trip, which was not the owners fault but an issue may arise with other tennants.

You messaged the next day and said it was working and no longer leaking. I wish you had communicated this during your stay. The unit has subsequently been serviced and the tech found no issues.

Wedding

We attended a wedding at SeaCrest Resort and decided to have the comforts of home by renting. The property was a great location. The house although small, was very clean and undated nicely. The owner should provide sheets for the pull put couch (maybe we just didnt find them).

Great place

A beautiful little place, short drive to beach. We were only here for 2 nights, wish we could have stayed longer. Many places require full week stay, so I appreciated that. Very clean and quiet. My only complaint is that there were only 3 bath towels which ended up being fine. However, we were supposed to be there with a 2nd couple that had to cancel last minute so there would not have been enough. Also, a few kitchen towels and a sponge or something would be helpful for dishes.

Oasis de paix

Nous avons apprécié cet endroit très paisible et récemment rénové qui nous a réellement permis de nous reposer tout en profitant des environs pour nous amuser (mini golf, plage, resto). L'endroit est très propre, tout équipé et situé dans un quartier très tranquille.
