You have access to the entire ground floor apartment and front outdoor area.

• Please note there is no on-site parking. Guests may use the left-hand driveway briefly (5–10 minutes) to load/unload luggage. Ample street parking is usually available a 1–2 minute walk away (Surf Club car park, Nelson Street).

Other Things to note:

• Please note that the building complex has other apartments with young kids so we aren't able to allow parties or loud gatherings in this Apartment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone in the community.

• Whilst this apartment has a strict no-party policy, you’re only a 30-second walk from the Ocean Beach Surf Life Saving Club, which can host parties, functions and events with an amazing view. Just a two-minute walk away is a great local restaurant called Margherita Daze, which also hosts events and offers equally stunning views. At the end of the night, you can simply retire to the apartment, only footsteps away.

• Additionally, whilst you're more than welcome to enjoy music etc, please be mindful of noise levels, particularly after 8pm, to respect the privacy and comfort of everyone else in the building complex. We appreciate your cooperation in these guidelines.

• Please keep in mind there is NO on-site
parking, however guests are more than
welcome to park in the left hand driveway
in front of the black garage door for
5-10 minutes to load / offload people
and luggage. There is usually ample
street parking within a 1-2 minute walk,
especially in the surf club car park and
down Norman Street.

Pet House Rules:

• One small to medium size toilet trained pet is
allowed at this property. *Ensure you select one pet
when making your booking
• No pets on furniture. carpeted areas or beds
Extra cleaning fees apply if pet hair is
found inside. *We want to be considerate to guests
with allergies.
• Please take your pet offsite for toilet duties, there's a park and beach across the road!

2. Check-in & Check-out

2.1. Check-in time: 4pm | Check-out time: 10am
2.2. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
2.3. Guests must return the property in the same condition as they found it.

3.2. No parties or events unless explicitly approved.
3.3. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
3.4. Quiet hours: 9pm to 7am.
3.5. One small-medium size pet is allowed at this property, please read additional house rules if bringing your furry friend.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1. Cancellation and refund policies are subject to the Airbnb’s cancellation policy agreed to at the time of booking.
