About Graham Williams
Maz and Graham were married in 1970 and have three children. Our daughter lives in London, one of our sons lives in Bali with our two grandsons and our eldest son lives near us at Umina Beach. We are fully retired and love to travel, independently, to interesting countries with cultures different to ours. We love where we live: our home; our location overlooking one of the most beautiful waterways in the world; our village and beaches . . . and we are just a short distance from Sydney.

A little piece of paradise
Pearl Beach is a wonderful little village tucked away on the Central Coast. Grateful to Graham for sharing his beautiful apartment so we could enjoy a magical anniversary and explore this part of the world. Panoramic views, clean and comfortable, Seabreeze is a great place to relax. Everything you need is provided. A top restaurant a short walk away as is the beach and many wonderful walks as beautifully described in Graham's photo books. Highly recommended
Top spot in Pearl Beach
This gorgeous Air bnb had it all including a gorgeous view overlooking the ocean , close to everything in Pearl bay . Communication was good, and we could really relax in all the comforts. Thank you we will be back again ! 😊
We have had the best break at this property. Clean, tidy, everything you need and all topped off with the wonderful view, and the sound of waves crashing on the rocks below. We will most certainly return.
Relaxation with panoramic water views
Another marvellous stay at Seabreaze. We have been regulars for many years. It’s so easy to relax with the sound of the ocean all day and night. The view from the bedroom at sunrise is amazing. Panoramic views from the property are interesting at all times of the day and in all weather. Always something interesting to watch. There are also several great walks nearby. We will be back soon!
A Touch of Paradise!
Everything was perfect! Such a lovely home feeling and what a spectacular view. A wonderful contrast between the tranquility of Pearl Beach and the fascination of the ruggedness of the ocean side of the property! To be experienced! We will certainly be back again soon. Christine & Aldo
Perfect Getaway With Views
Our weekend stay at Seabreeze was the perfect getaway.
The friendly owners greeted us on arrival and gave us all the info we needed for our stay.
The accommodation was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed.
Perfect location with amazing ocean views.
Would highly recommend this accommodation.
We will be back for sure.
Pearl Beach is a hidden gem!
It is a small village made up of quaint cottages and multi-million dollar mansions in a natural setting of trees, shrubs and informal roads without footpaths or kerb and guttering.
All of the attractions within the village can be reached on foot, including the beautiful Crommelin Native Arboretum, which is 5.5 hectares of native bushland interspersed with numerous well-maintained walking tracks and is the home of a wide variety of wildlife.
The beach, tennis courts, restaurant, cafe and General Store are also reached on foot within a few minutes.
And for those who like a slightly longer walk there is a wonderful walk into the National Park to a waterfall and swimming hole. The round-trip will take about 90 minutes.
Another easy walk is via a fire-trail to the sleepy village of Patonga where you can refresh yourself at the local pub/restaurant. This walk will take around 90 minutes each way.
There is also a ferry service nearby that operates between Ettalong and Palm Beach where there is a surfing beach, a golf course, a walk up to historic Barrenjoey Lighthouse, an RSL Club, restaurants and connecting ferry services to The Basin and up the Hawkesbury River.
