About Graham Williams
Maz and Graham were married in 1970 and have three children. Our daughter lives in London, one of our sons lives in Bali with our two grandsons and our eldest son lives near us at Umina Beach. We are fully retired and love to travel, independently, to interesting countries with cultures different to ours. We love where we live: our home; our location overlooking one of the most beautiful waterways in the world; our village and beaches . . . and we are just a short distance from Sydney.

Easily the best place we have stayed.
If you don't enjoy your stay at Seabreeze I doubt anywhere will make you happy.

Great location with spectacular view
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze. The view is amazing and we would stay here again for that alone! Its also close to the beach, lovely walks and a great cafe and restaurant. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Graham was very helpful and his photo books of the area are absolutely beautiful. An amazing place only an hour from Sydney!
A very special place.....
We absolutely loved our stay. Breathtaking from the word go. There is nothing better than sitting on the balcony looking out to sea and hearing the waves. We had glorious weather - our favourite past time was to walk up to Flat Head Beach and take a dip. Lots of wildlife - pelicans, possums, eagles and a pod of dolphins. Already planning our return trip, thank you Graham and Maz for sharing your lovely home with us.
Awesome as always
Been here many times and always happy to come back to Seabreeze
Seabreeze is a beautiful property, very well appointed with everything you need for a really comfortable stay. The views are spectacular from anywhere in the property. The sound of the waves is so therapeutic making it such a serene setting. We enjoyed a couple of meals on the balcony and had perfect Autumn weather during our stay. The apartment is very well maintained and very clean. It's also so convenient - only 5 mins walk to Pearl beach, 5mins walk to the ocean with vast rock pools and smaller beaches or 5 mins walk to the shops. There's a fabulous
one hatted restaurant at Pearl Beach too. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely be up for another visit.
Absolutely Amazing !!!
I had an amazing couple of days mid week at Seabreeze. Everything was perfect. Walks on the beach with the dog and then snuggling up at night by the fire. The little touches like the dog blankets were very much appreciated. I am a heavy watcher of the TV and found I didn’t even turn it on I just watched the waves role in and boats go by. I will definitely be back. Ps I loved all the cooking magazines that were on the coffee table.
Pearl Beach is a hidden gem!
It is a small village made up of quaint cottages and multi-million dollar mansions in a natural setting of trees, shrubs and informal roads without footpaths or kerb and guttering.
All of the attractions within the village can be reached on foot, including the beautiful Crommelin Native Arboretum, which is 5.5 hectares of native bushland interspersed with numerous well-maintained walking tracks and is the home of a wide variety of wildlife.
The beach, tennis courts, restaurant, cafe and General Store are also reached on foot within a few minutes.
And for those who like a slightly longer walk there is a wonderful walk into the National Park to a waterfall and swimming hole. The round-trip will take about 90 minutes.
Another easy walk is via a fire-trail to the sleepy village of Patonga where you can refresh yourself at the local pub/restaurant. This walk will take around 90 minutes each way.
There is also a ferry service nearby that operates between Ettalong and Palm Beach where there is a surfing beach, a golf course, a walk up to historic Barrenjoey Lighthouse, an RSL Club, restaurants and connecting ferry services to The Basin and up the Hawkesbury River.
