Conveniently positioned between Little Oneroa and Palm Beach, both only a short three-minute drive away. Matiatia Bay ferry terminal and Kennedy Point vehicle ferry are just five minutes from the house.



Set on an elevated site and tucked behind native bush, the property is surrounded by newly established gardens and includes a private parking bay with well-lit, auto-sensor exterior lighting.
