Elegantly decorated with a tranquil private preserve view and abundant outdoor use via the
Lanai.
This home boasts 10' ceilings and 8' doors .A king bed in the master with ensuite as well as a queen bed in the guest room. There is one allocated garage space.

There is a spectacular clubhouse and pool in this gated community. All this within minutes of Old Naples 5th Ave and Marco Island

Annual rental: $150/night
Off season rental: May1st - Nov ember 30th - $150/night (will consider a single month rental).
Prime season: December 1st - April 30th - $170/night (minimum 3 month rental).

Beautiful home

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean, the kitchen is well stocked. The community is safe. Communication with the owner was excellent.
