Quite rural location, use of back garden for summer barbecues. One studio bedroom with a comfortable super king bed. Kitchen facilities with microwave, stove top oven, aryfryer, fry pan and electric hob. 3 minutes by car to Levin township which as all takeaways, supermarket, pubs, rjs liquorice factory, Swazi clothing,etc. Bathroom is brand new includes toilet vanity and shower. One hour 10 minutes to Wellington City. 45 minutes to Palmerston North City. 30 minutes to the Kapiti Coast. 20 Minutes to Foxton Beach. 15 Minutes to Waitarere Beach. Secure off road parking behind security fences for motorhomes, caravans or cars or trucks.
