Great location for families - close to the beach and bike track/playground. Good set up for longer stays and wifi and Freeview were handy for rainy days. A bit rundown/dirty and would benefit from some maintenance jobs being completed. However a classic old school kiwi bach experience.
Yes very good host. We really enjoyed our stay. The place is quite run down like the doors and windows and hard to open and close etc, but that’s the kiwi Bach experience- we really enjoyed our stay
Amenities were fine. Great location being so close to the beach. Could do with a good deep clean which would make a big improvement

Awesome location and nice views. Everything you could need for a beach house. Think could do with a good deep clean and had a bit of a musty old smell going on and maybe needs an update a bit-outdated. but otherwise a good stay. thank you :)
We booked the bach for some of our performers that were taking part in The Little Foxton Beach Comedy Fest, and it was perfect for us. Very close to the venue we were using, plenty of parking and all that you needed for a stay.
Thank you very much for the hospitality and we'd love to book again next year :)
A typical Bach that is large and plenty of room for all the whānau. Close to beach and amenities. Huge deck. A little old and weathered but suited our purpose

Great location, spacious house, our daughter enjoyed the toys thanks.
Great location, spacious house, our daughter enjoyed the toys thanks. We won't be back though because of the stained mattress protector and pillows, and overall level of uncleanliness.

Thank you for your feedback, we will check this out.
Very near to the beach, the bedrooms are warm and have plenty of small heaters. David is a good host. The house has everything for family, oven works super fine. Didnt have any issue with the hot water.
Great batch style house close to the beach and the pub. Got everything you need. Showers average but with a short stay dont need it.
Us cousins meet once a year to catch up and chill for a weekend away.
Will be back.
David was great to deal with, a really classic little bach.

Great location, but accommodation leaves a lot to be desired.
Awesome location, close to beach with wonderful views. Outdoor furniture to enjoy those views was sadly lacking and the general state of cleanliness and condition of furniture/bedding etc was not up to acceptable standard. It's a beach bach, and we really didn't expect luxury but the house needs a thorough clean (of dead bugs all over the walls) and some outdoor furniture for it to feel like somewhere we'd stay again.

There are folding deck chairs in the corner of the lounge for use outside. We store them inside as the sea air is too hard on them to leave them outside.
We loved the house. Unfortunately, the heating upstairs didn't work but we sorted that out with heaters elsewhere in the house. It is a very versatile home, with easy access to the beach, and is not so pristine clean that you didn't feel comfortable. We would suggest a deep clean by a professional company once a year to keep it is tip-top shape. Would definitely come back
The house was in a great spot 2 min walk to the beach. Great deck to sit on and enjoy the sun. 3 good size rooms and 1 small room. But the house was dirty, The toilets leaked water all over the floor. There was sand although the shower. The duvets supplied were dirty ( we had our own sheets and pillows so didnt use anything there.) We only stayed 1 night instead of two. Its a shame as the house has a lot of potential it just needs a really good clean.
