No hot water for 7 days is unacceptable. My contact person was very nice and fix it guy nice too. After 3 days I had to go to YMCA to get a hot shower. Set up was good other than no hot water for 7 days and only sink was plugged up for those days too. I feel that I should get moneys back for this inconvenience
