The Space:

Discover a haven of comfort in our three queen bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom, providing ultimate privacy and convenience. The open-plan living area is designed for relaxation and socializing. Step outside onto the fantastic outdoor patio, where you can soak in the breathtaking mountain views. Parking options include on the street, in the drive, or in the attached garage.



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access to the entire house, including the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces, and full use of the garage. Enjoy the BBQ grill, patio, and garden. Please note that there is a storage area which is locked and reserved for the owners' personal belongings, but will not affect your stay

Nestled on a tranquil street in the desirable Meadowstone neighborhood, this home offers the perfect blend of serenity and convenience. You're just a short drive from the vibrant heart of Wanaka, where you can explore a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes. The iconic Wanaka Tree is also within easy reach, offering a picturesque spot for photos and relaxation. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this residential area while still being close to all the action.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy. While the property is located on Little Oak Common, it's a short drive to all the key areas. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street. For those times when you prefer not to drive, consider a walk to the main areas of Wānaka, especially during busier periods.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the heat pump / Aircon is currently awaiting repairs. Please message if this is crucial to your booking as we are awaiting parts. We kindly ask that you respect our no-party policy and adhere to Wanaka bylaws regarding noise levels; outdoor music and excessive noise are prohibited after 10 PM.
