An easy 10 minute walk to town takes you to the Lakefront and to a great choice of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as easy nearby access to biking and walking trails. We are well set up with all the home comforts you'll need. Spacious well equipped kitchen and dining area - well set up to entertain. WiFi, Sky TV (incl. movies, sport). Substantial garage has a Laundry, a games room with a ping pong table, foosball table and dart board and ample storage. The house has gorgeous mountain views and enjoys stunning sunsets from outside and in. The property is fully fenced.
(Please note that this property has an apartment downstairs that is owner occupied. Note that this is fully private from the house, properties have separate access and outside living areas).
