Welcome to your newly renovated retreat at Heritage Heights!
This apartment has been recently renovated and thoughtfully refreshed to provide a modern, comfortable stay. The space is well laid out with a welcoming living area, a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, and comfortable sleeping arrangements to suit both short and longer stays. The renovation brings a clean, contemporary feel while maintaining a warm and practical layout for guests.
Standard Bedding Configuration:
Bedroom 1: Super King Size Bed
Bedroom 2: Super King Size Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on
Baby Accessories:
We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Anderson Heights is a quiet residential area set slightly above Queenstown, offering a calm environment away from the bustle of the town centre. The elevated position provides a relaxed atmosphere while still being close to Queenstown’s restaurants, shops, lakefront, and adventure activities.
Please note: their are stairs within the property - Also, there is a short, but steep walk to the complex from the town centre.
Getting Around:
The property is conveniently located within a short drive of Queenstown town centre, Frankton, and the airport. A car is recommended for ease of travel, especially when exploring surrounding areas, ski fields, and local attractions. Rideshares and taxis are also readily available.

Maximum of 6 guests
At least one guest must be over the age of 25
No pets, parties, smoking/vaping indoors and absolutely NO glitter.
3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5
Please note: This property is located in a residential area, the quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
We ask if you have guests or externally hired staff at this location, that you strictly abide by the quiet hours so as to not disturb the neighbours.
