San Remo Getaway - Incredible Central Location
This peaceful and large house is ideally located within minutes of the beaches, walking trails and the San Remo shopping strip.
Designed with guests in mind, the getaway boasts multiple living areas, a sunroom, front deck and private yard; so you can hang out together or sneak off to a private space to read a book or drink some wine.
The space
Living spaces
Renovated kitchen/dining/living room with extra high ceilings and lots of natural light streaming in. Large sliding doors connect the living room and sunroom to create a larger space.
The kitchen benefits from European appliances, ceramic hob, a coffee machine, sandwich maker and all the essentials you could need.
Laundry includes top of the range 8kg washing machine, 7kg condenser tumble dryer with complimentary washing powder.
Dining area includes a beautiful teak dining table.
Living area boasts ample seating, smart TV and a coffee table for games and bottles of wine.
Separate rumpus room offers a retreat with a second television, refrigerator microwave and electric kettle and plenty of space for board games and activities for the kids.
Bedrooms
Towels (other than beach-towels), bath-mats and tea-towels are provided (freshly laundered), and all beds are provided with sumptuous bed linen.
Master suite - queen bed, WIR, ensuite with a shower.
Bedroom 2 - queen size bed with BIR
Bedroom 3 - two single beds with BIR and a trundle
Bedroom 4 - bunk beds and tall boy and extra under-bed storage.
Bathrooms
Family bathroom features a built-in bath with shower and vanity.
A separate WC is provided upstairs (to avoid queues!)
Ensuite bathroom features a shower and WC
Outdoors
Rear landscaped garden with gas BBQ. Plenty of space for kids to play.
The upstairs rumpus has access to a large balcony with chairs to sit and enjoy the sunshine.
Guest access
Full access to indoor and outdoor areas of the property excluding a locked storeroom upstairs.
Other things to note
There is a shortcut to the backbeach, simply turn left out of the house and turn the corner and you will see a pathway between the houses that will take you there.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
