Bel R Vista is a bright and spacious apartment, situated on the fourth floor (lift access) sleeping up to 6 guests. Floor to ceiling glass saturates the open plan living area with natural light, creating a warm and inviting space to relax. The living room is comfortably furnished and offers a smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi and views south across Coolangatta CBD to the ocean.

The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with a breakfast bar and quality appliances including a dishwasher and coffee machine.

Outside you’ll enjoy some of the best views on the coast from the bar setting overlooking Kirra Point and out to Surfers Paradise. You can check the surf while enjoying your morning coffee and then step across the road to the world-famous surf break and patrolled section of beach. Please note there is a building stairwell near the table setting, however this is very rarely used as the lift is at the other end of the building.

The master bedroom comes with a queen bed, ceiling fan and wall mounted smart TV. The second bedroom comes with two king single beds and a ceiling fan. The third room offers a set of bunk beds and is perfect for kids or an overnight visitor.

There is a spacious, renovated bathroom with dual shower and separate toilet as well as a fully equipped renovated laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Bel R Vista also offers secure parking for one car (1.9m). The unit is situated within ‘Summit House’, which boasts an incredible location on the headland between Kirra and Coolangatta.
