Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living area, restful bedrooms, and a peaceful upper balcony that feels like a perch in the treetops. One of the home’s most unique features is the rooftop putting green—perfect for a little fun and relaxation without ever leaving the property. The shaded yard and quiet residential setting make it easy to unwind, while the central location puts you minutes from South Congress, Lady Bird Lake, Barton Springs, Zilker Park, and downtown Austin.

With walkable access to local cafés, food trucks, trails, and Austin’s best attractions, it’s the ideal home base for exploring the city. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this Bouldin Creek hideaway offers comfort, convenience, and a touch of whimsy.

Per the city of Austin short term rental ordinance the following rules apply to every vacation rental within city limits, with no exceptions: 1) Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM, 2) Parties and events are not permitted, 3) Occupancy limit of 6 unrelated adults

HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No guests under 25 (without parent or legal guardian). No Bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on premises.

came down to Austin with 4 buddies for a race, wouldn't have imagined a better location or a better rental for the trip. Walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants, and also to the venue for the race. My only regret is that we weren't here long enough to take advantage of all the amenities that this location offered: rooftop, the patio with the smoker and the grill, etc. The rooms were amazing, everything was so clean and comfortable. Will definitely rent this home again.

This property was immaculate and very comfortable. We loved returning here after sightseeing each day. Beautifully decorated, stocked with creature comforts and the beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent as well. Would definitely rent this property again!

Great spot close to downtown

Recently stayed at “Giraffic Park” with a group of 7 friends. This rental had everything we needed and was close enough to downtown and restaurants to accommodate everything we wanted to do while in Austin.

Great place to Stay in Austin.

This house was a wonderful place to stay with ample room and comfy furniture. Everything worked well and was clean for the most part. Baseboards and floors underneath furniture were a bit dusty with some cobwebs that were visible, but other than that - the place was great. Would stay again for sure.

The location couldn’t be beat, and the place is decorated beautifully with fabulous outdoor spaces. Great for groups. The only issue we had with the cleanliness was a backed up garbage disposal and subsequent fruit fly issue.

This is a great location and house for a gathering. The sitting area is very nice but bring bug spray! The house is very nicely decorated. I also recommend the warren wildlife exhibit across the street. We didn’t know what to expect but it was a great exhibit and free!

Great Austin Getaway!

Loved our stay in this house. Everything was clean and spacious. Perfect for a group of 7 girls. Within walking distance to the bars and restaurants on South Congress and felt safe walking there at night. Short Uber drive to downtown.

Great location, right in the heart of great food

Location was perfect for delivery from a variety of great nearby restaurants. Many are within walking distance, but due to COVID we got everything delivered. Lots of entertainment options close by too under normal circumstances. House was clean and as advertised. There was a grill outside too, but we had no interest in cooking with all the fantastic restaurants.

overall, the place is great. For more than eight people the property was a little tight. One full bathroom short when there are that many people staying. It was a hot weekend and air conditioning could not keep up. But location is great and access to restaurants is wonderful.

Loved the property. The pics online were very accurate. Loved the roof top deck. The kitchen was very well supplied for cooking in. The management company was rather difficult to comunicate with, could only talk to them by email and the regisration process was complicated but overall give it an A rating.

Fun house!

We had a very positive experience with this listing. The property is in a cool neighborhood, walking distance to local eateries, and provided us plenty of space. My only complaint was that not all amenities were functioning which the rental agency hadn’t listed before booking. Otherwise I give this place a thumbs up!
