Santorini Blue welcomes you with its stunning blue color, a perfect reflection of the ocean-inspired retreat within. Inside, the home pairs modern design with warm wood accents for a relaxed coastal feel. Open, sunlight-filled living areas make it easy to spend time together or enjoy some quiet moments. The fully equipped kitchen, multiple dining spaces, and outdoor patio with a gas grill are perfect for cooking and casual entertaining, while comfortable furnishings and tasteful decor throughout create spaces that feel welcoming and cozy.

First Level Highlights

On the first level, you’ll find a fun and functional space. This area includes a living room with a large flat-screen TV and a comfortable couch, a foosball table for friendly competition, and a wet bar for easy snacks and drinks. A queen bedroom with a full bathroom offers a private retreat for guests, along with a full-size washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. The couch on this first level also converts into a queen sleeper sofa, providing additional bedding options.

Second Level Highlights

The heart of the home awaits on the second level. Here, you’ll find the spacious King En Suite and full bath. This level also features a convenient half bathroom for guests, a full kitchen including a double, and a welcoming living room ideal for gathering, movie nights, or simply relaxing together after a day at the beach. The living room couch has a few different sleeping configurations, perfect for accommodating extra guests.

Third Level Highlights

The top level offers plenty of sleeping accommodations for everyone. There are three Queen bedrooms, a bunk bedroom with an office desk, and two full bathrooms.

Outside, your private backyard oasis awaits. Cool off in the pool, unwind in the hot tub, and enjoy drinks or meals on the spacious pool deck or patio with a grill, perfect for cookouts and relaxing evenings in the OBX sun.

Beyond the comforts of the home, guests can enjoy the upscale amenities of the Monteray Shores community. Take a refreshing swim in the community pool, play a game of tennis or basketball, or let the kids enjoy the playground. The community pool is available from 9AM until 6PM from the Saturday before Memorial Day until the Sunday after Labor Day. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the boat ramp and scenic soundside trails that lead to Whalehead in Historic Corolla. Whether you want to stay active, have fun, or simply relax, Monteray Shores offers something for everyone. Guests can reserve access to community amenities for a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Bonito Street beach access is 0.7 mi away from Santorini Blue, and Dolphin Street beach access is a little less than 1 mi away. Santorini Blue is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

**For your safety and security, the entrance to this home is monitored by camera. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the camera device in any way is a violation of our house rules and additional charges may apply.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
