BIKINIS and BELLINIS, formerly known as SCREAMIN' MIMI is a LOVELY six bedroom home on the 4x4 beach with great views of the ocean. New owners are making it their own with many decor changes.

Bellinis and Bikinis is a beautifully maintained 3rd row home with WONDERFUL views of the ocean and a short walk to the 4x4 beach. Outside you will find a gas or charcoal grill and a HUGE pool with plenty of lounging space. Relax in the hot tub before heading inside to the game room on level one. Here you will find a pool table, streaming tv, and plenty of comfortable seating.

On level two there are four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms (K, Q) have east deck access and private baths. A two twin room also has east deck access and shares a hallway bath with the two twin bunk sets room. The fourth bedroom is a Queen with private bath. Every room is as desirable as the last, so no worries about claiming a space, they are all superb.

Just off the Great Room on level three is a KING bedroom with private bath, deck access and roku tv. The gorgeous views in the living room are enough to keep you entertained, but there is also a huge selection of movies!. The well equipped kitchen is a joy even though new cabinets/counters are planned for 2024. The gourmet selection of tools and equipment make meal prep a joy. And just in case you have trouble boiling water, there is safety on the sidelines of the large kitchen island. The rule at my house is that dishes will be done by the folks who don't cook... don't worry, even that will be a joy in this well planned kitchen!

Loved Every Minute of Our OBX Vacation

This property is amazing. The homeowners have thought of everything. My only complaint was having to leave after our week was up! I HIGHLY suggest reaching out to Laura at Corova Cottages before you book so she can tell you about this amazing property. She was amazing with our group!

Perfect Family Vacation Week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow, is all I can say about our vacation week! We had perfect weather and the perfect house! We have been coming to OBX for 10 years now and this was by far the best house we have ever stayed in. The extra amenities - beach gear, indoor/outdoor games, fire pit, hot tub/pool, new grills, and so much more made this stay fantastic. The house was the cleanest one we have ever stayed in and the extra personal touches made it even better. This was our first time staying on the 4x4 beach and we enjoyed the laid back atmosphere so much. We only left the house/beach one time to venture into Corolla to climb the lighthouse, do some shopping and eat out. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make our favorite meals each night. Laura and Dave were so accommodating and quick to resolve any issue or answer any question we had. They even brought firewood over one night so we could have a s'mores night in the outdoor fire pit. We enjoyed talking with them when they stopped by to take care of something and realizing that they used to live near us in Maryland...such a small world!!We appreciate you sharing your beach house with us and look forward to visiting again soon!
