Designed for easy coastal living, the home features an open-concept layout with a light-soaked living room, decorative fireplace, and seamless flow into the fully equipped kitchen with an eat-in island and dining table—perfect for gathering after a day on the island. A dedicated laundry room on the main level adds everyday convenience.
The main-level primary suite serves as a private retreat with a King bed, ensuite bathroom featuring a jetted tub, and a peaceful sunroom ideal for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for family or friends—one with a Queen and Twin bed, and the other with a King bed—sharing a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Step outside to the back deck to enjoy golf course views and cook out on the gas grill, or take advantage of the home’s two-car garage for easy storage. Guests also enjoy access to the neighborhood pool, just a five-minute walk away, along with six complimentary adult bicycles and six backpack beach chairs for effortless days exploring the island.
