Condo 321 Steps to Siesta Key Beach

The unit is newly furnished in a beachy style perfect for a vacation on Siesta Key, consistently rated one of the 10 best beaches in the US and three times voted "#1". It very comfortably accommodates 6, having two bedrooms, one with a queen size and one with twin beds, two bathrooms one with a tub the other with a shower, a large living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The living room opens to a screened lanai with a view of the beach and overlooks the heated pool. Personal WiFi and new voice activated flat screen TVs in the living room and each of the two bedrooms room provide cable viewing and easy streaming.
Guests are welcome to use the pool, grills and the Club Room with exercise equipment and pool and ping-pong tables. Beach chairs, an umbrella, blanket and a wagon are available from our unit locker unit on the ground floor.
The Condo is across the street from the main beach access and public tennis courts and is less than 1 mile from quaint Siesta Village with its many restaurants and shops. The free Breeze Trolley stops in front of the Condo for the short ride to the village or many other beach accesses and points of interest.
