Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach - This large villa is approx. 1000 sq. ft., non-carpeted, has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, screened lanai, central ac/heat, and covered parking, 3 tvs, dvd, free wi-fi in unit!. It has a king size bed, 2 twins, and is only steps to the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully maintained complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room, shuffleboard, scenic beachfront courtyard where you will enjoy the most remarkable sunsets. There are many restaurants, shops, golfing, tennis, boating, parasailing, fishing, galleries in the area. Busch Gardens / Disney are a short driving distance. The service was great when needed, location to shops and restaurants was very doable and everyone was very friendly. Also, as far as I could see the Island House was the only beach access that had trash cans on the beach to throw away garbage. I would most definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. The place was great. Comfortable beds, hangers provided which aren’t always offered at places like this. The beach is just beautiful and we never had trouble getting a chair. We felt like we were able to safely socially distant from others at the complex. My only complaint is our place did not have a broom, and I think it would be really nice to offer at least 1 roll of paper towels, 1 sponge, a small thing of dish soap, and a glass cleaner for wiping down the tables. I think for the price we pay, those things should be included. Otherwise- loved it!
