Private Garden Suite 5 minutes to Downtown Duncan Beside the Cowichan Trail
Open Plan living, dining and kitchen with large windows set in a yard with mature trees surrounding. Built onto the rear of the main house in 2020. The yard is mostly natural wildflowers and grass. A large covered deck off the living room to relax on and a bbq is available upon request. The kitchen has loads of counter space with a full size fridge and dishwasher. Perfect for cooking in. The stove is propane as is the hot water on demand. Bathroom floor is heated and spacious.
