Quiet, Cozy, & Well Cared For

Absolutely loved this place! Such a cute, clean, and welcoming spot right in the heart of West Midtown Atlanta. The space is beautifully kept, fresh, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was spotless, organized, and clearly well cared for. The atmosphere is calm yet vibrant, perfect for relaxing, meeting up, or just enjoying being in a really pleasant environment. It’s rare to find a place in Midtown that feels both cozy and polished at the same time, but this one nails it.Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a charming, clean, feel-good spot. I’ll definitely be back! 🌟

Warm, Beautiful, Stress-Free Stay

This place was an absolute gem and easily one of my favorite stays. The moment I walked in, it felt bright, calm, and genuinely welcoming. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and clearly cared for with intention. It had that rare balance of feeling cozy and homey while still feeling elevated and polished, like a boutique hotel but with the comfort of a real home.Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and communication was quick, professional, and helpful whenever I needed anything. The space was thoughtfully stocked with the essentials, the layout was comfortable, and everything worked exactly as it should. I also really appreciated how peaceful and quiet it was, it made it easy to fully relax and reset.The location was super convenient for getting around, but still tucked away enough to feel private. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations and felt like a true getaway. I would absolutely book again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful, stress-free place to stay.

Great little place!

Great little place, close to Mercedes Benz Dome, easy Uber there & back! Super clean, great fenced yard for the pups! Perfect place for a family getaway. This maybe one of the cleanest homes I have stayed in.

Short but great getaway

The house was great to accommodate our family and was clean and comfortable. The location was great as it wasn’t too far from the Six Flags theme park and a short drive to stores and restaurants.

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay while in town for a cheerleading competition at Georgia world conference center. Home was nicely renovated, clean and beds were comfortable. Home has security lots of security features. Appreciated good communication with our host.

Thanksgiving Stay

The property was great and just what I expected. Ronnie was nice and responsive, he also check on us throughout our stay. The house was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal, which is rare!

Quick trip and weathered Helene

Had a few events in the Atlanta area, so booked for the back half of the week. House was plenty of room for 3 adults and a dog. Even though Helene came, we were safe and able to do all the things we had planned on. Would stay again!

Aquarium Trip

We loved this house and Ronnie was a great host. Loved the back yard for the dogs and the layout of the house - very good use of space. It's in a nice transitional neighborhood and the only downside is that parking is a bit steep (literally on a hill) and intimidating at first but after a few days, it's fine. Would stay again.

Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Property was just as described. Aside from a few bugs in kitchen and main room the home was comfortable and fully equipped for my family of 3 and our 2 pets.

Worth every penny

The places was beautiful and very homey. It felt like a home away from home with extra personal touches, inside & out, that made for a comfortable and joyous stay. Son even took advantage of how close we were to Downtown Atlanta and went to the Falcons game on the train. Great time had by all.

Just lovely :)

The place is just as described and the location is perfect. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The Marta runs right by the house and there’s a stop on the street corner. Ronnie made sure we had everything we needed and is very responsive. 10/10 recommended and would definitely stay here again!

This house was all that and some!!! The decor is Modern with top of the line appliances.

The location and decor of the house was perfect for the weekend getaway. Top of the line appliances and security. All toiletries and dishes were provided. Our host was readily available! The house was AMAZING and the back yard fire pit put the cherry on the top of this modern, classy house. Highly recommended and will definitely stay next time I’m in the area.

A wonderful home!

We really loved this house! It was beautifully renovated and decorated. The back yard was wonderful. The hosts were very responsive and checked in on us immediately to make sure we got in okay. We were in town for a concert and it was very conviently located to the Mercedes Benz Stadium, the Beltline, and all down town activities. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again. Lastly, the couch is AMAZINGLY comfortable!

Atlanta weekend

Home was in excellent condition, cleanliness was superb, the host provided all the amenities we could have asked for, including a fully equipped kitchen, a stocked bathroom, plenty of towels, multiple televisions and a very comfy couch. Ronnie, our host, reached out to me making sure we were all good and answered my questions quickly. Overall, it was a great stay, we would definitely stay there again.

Short but sweet

The house was absolutely beautiful and comfy. We came from Texas to see a braves home game, despite their loss we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cozy house with our family. Ronnie the host was absolutely amazing checking in to see how our first night stay was, and always very responsive and attentive to any needs. Would definitely stay again (maybe next time the braves with win ) lol

Very nice house

This house is great!! We stayed here while going to a few Braves games. Backyard is wonderful. Played many games of cornhole. The mattresses on the beds were AMAZING. Even asked the owner to send the link for them. House is newly renovated. The only draw back is that the neighborhood is not the best. You can tell that it is up and coming but not all of it has come up yet. Still felt very safe

Beautiful Home

The house had everything you could want and need. It is beautifully renovated and perfect for the family. The owner was responsive and attentive. The neighborhood was okay and the surrounding area was a little more challenging than expected. Maybe some recommendations for shopping or safe routes to restaurants/shopping would be helpful. The cameras and motion detection made you feel secure, but it also woke up the family every time we let out dogs out back. Overall, it was a positive experience (the house is really, really great)…. Just some tips on navigating the neighborhood would be useful! Thank you!
