Unit has a fully equipped renovated Kitchen w/dishwasher, microwave, Keurig & drip coffee maker and wine refrigerator. Both baths are renovated PLUS Master Bath has STEP-IN SHOWER w/grab bars. Washer and Dryer in unit. Tile flooring throughout main living areas, 3 TV's; one for each bedroom & internet is provided by owner. Oceanfront balcony access from living room and master bedroom to enjoy while relaxing on new balcony furniture. This fabulously renovated condo is the perfect ocean getaway to create your best beach memories year round! 3 NIGHT RENTALS offered from (2-9-26 until 6-13-26) and (8-08-26 until 6-12-27).
