The private patio overlooking the water is a favorite spot for guests. It’s perfect for morning coffee, afternoon drinks, or simply watching the boats glide by. Many evenings end here with dinner on the patio and a beautiful Marco Island sunset.

Inside, the living area offers comfortable seating and Smart TVs for relaxing after a day in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and the dining area is ideal for gathering together.

A washer and dryer in the villa make longer stays easy and convenient.
