Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Parties, Remove shoes at entry, use dark towels for makeup, and clean spills immediately. Excessive mess may result in a $100/hour cleaning fee.
No smoking anywhere on the property ($500 fee if violated). Only registered gst. Lock doors/windows when away. Report any damage or issues immediately
Use appliances properly, conserve energy and water, and report leaks. Do not rearrange furniture, dispose of grease in drains, no metal in microwave
