Come enjoy the ocean breeze of the Richibucto harbour with this beautiful waterfront rental. Breathtaking water views with a beach in your own backyard. Fresh linens, wifi, fire pit, semi-private pool in July and August, and private driveway for parking. As members of your family your pets are welcome here too!

At only 45 minutes from Moncton, the nearby Kouchibouguac National Park, the Bouctouche Dunes and the Pays de la Sagouine will provide hours of fun for everyone!

The 2-bedroom house on Richibucto Bay at York Point, N.B., was amazingly welcoming, refurbished inside and perfect for 2 to 4 people. The front of the small house overlooked the water with the ability to walk a beach. Everything is provided at the property so only bring clothing and personal toiletries. Towels and bedding are provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay....

I'm a proud Acadian gal from Richibucto New Brunswick. I rent out both my home and my property next door to visitors so they can discover my little piece of paradise and make memories with their families. I love sharing my small town with visitors.

Why they chose this property

In the winter of 1999-2000, my grand parents, my parents and friends all rented cottages here for the winter as my grand parents had just sold their home, my dad and his then girlfriend (now wife) had just moved back to town, and their friends were renovating their home. We all found ourselves on York Point, or the Chalets du Havre as it used to be called, and celebrated Y2K here. I hold found memories of that winter and when they started selling the cottages in 2001, I told my dad that one day I would buy one. Well here we are, I now have 2 of them so that folks can make their own memories here.
