This licensed short-term rental occupies the main and upper floors of a classic Vancouver Craftsman-Style home and is ideal for extended stays, families or professionals seeking comfort, space and an authentic local experience.

The main floor features a living room, TV area, dining space, fully equipped kitchen and a convenient powder room. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and a full bathroom offering a practical and comfortable layout. Fast Wi-Fi is suitable for remote work, In-suite laundry perfect for extended stays.

Step outside to enjoy a private deck off the main floor, furnished with outdoor seating and an expandable dining table, perfect for relaxed meals. Guests also have access to a natural gas BBQ and a treed backyard featuring mature cherry and fig trees, creating a peaceful, green retreat in the city.

The property includes a separate basement suite and a laneway house, both occupied by long term tenants with completely separate entrances. Your rental space on the main and upper floors is fully private and the shared property is quite, well maintained and residential in nature.

The home is just a short walk to neighbourhood cafés, bakeries and grocery stores and close to shops and restaurants, some are Michelin star rated, along Main Street. Queen Elizabeth Park, downtown Vancouver, Stadiums and major transit routes are all easily accessible.
