The person who made the reservation must provide a valid government-issued ID through our secure online check-in process for guest verification.

🔔 Security & Noise Monitoring
A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance for security purposes. It records the exterior entrance area only and does not capture activity inside the apartment.
A separate sensor in the living area monitors noise levels, temperature and motion. It is not a camera and does not record images or raw audio.

No parties, gatherings or events
Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour is not permitted
Unauthorised parties or serious breaches of the house rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation
