RENTER BEWARE! ELEVATOR IS OUT OF SERVICE AND HAS BEEN FOR TWO YEARS!!The condo is beautiful, clean, and has a wonderful view of the gulf. Although the listing in three different places talks about an elevator, never once is it mentioned the elevator does not work and has not worked for two years. I had VRBO messages and emails from the management of this unit....ample opportunity to inform me of this issue as the condo is on the FOURTH floor (first floor is the garage). The management company also knew our ages (70's) and still did not disclose. The condo manager asked us if we knew when we arrived at the building. After speaking with the rental manager, he offered us a ground floor unit across the street from the beach with no view. Absolutely no comparison! We endured carrying our luggage and groceries for a month stay to the condo. Luckily, no one was injured or hurt but what an inconvenience! When we returned home, I asked for a credit due to the "lie of omission." No response from the rental manager.

We understand the inconvenience caused by the elevator being out of service during your stay. When we learned that the stairs could present a challenge, we immediately offered an alternative ground-floor accommodation; however, we recognize that the alternate unit did not offer the same beachfront views and amenities as the condo you originally selected. Since your stay, we are pleased to share that the elevator has been repaired and is now fully operational. We continually work with building management and ownership to address property-related issues as quickly as possible and to provide guests with options when unexpected situations arise. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve communication and the overall guest experience.
