What I enjoy most is the rhythm of life here. It’s impossible to be in a rush when you’re watching a wedge-tailed eagle circle overhead or waiting for a goat to decide it’s finished visiting your verandah.
There is a specific kind of peace you get here at night—with no city lights, the stars feel close enough to touch, and the air is so fresh it feels like it’s "washing" you clean. It’s a place that forces you to slow down, breathe, and remember what nature actually feels like.

Most properties near the Great Ocean Road offer either a rural view or a distant ocean glimpse. We are uniquely positioned on a ridgeline that grants you both. From your verandah, you can watch the Southern Ocean’s mist roll in while simultaneously looking over the emerald-green grazing hills. It is a 360-degree immersion in nature.
