Great location. Close to the slopes and the main base area. Ski lockers were nice to have and plenty of hot tub space. Check in and check out required a stop in Frisco which was inconvenient, especially check out which was early. Microwave was having issues and need some work. Also could use some additional sheet pans
We enjoyed staying at Passage Point for it’s quick walk to the lift. It’s also centrally located and easy to get to Vail, Breck and Keystone. The unit had everything we needed and the bunk bed was a hit with our 7 and 10 year olds. The staff was quick to answer any questions we had. We’ll stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay at Passage Point. The convenience of the building and location on the second floor was perfect. The amount of room was great for our family- 1 adult bedroom and bunk beds for our teen/pre-teen children in the other. The hot tubs at this building are nice because they provide 3 options with various temperatures. We had a great time!
Overall, the unit was great. The issue we had was road noise from I-70. We had stayed in a unit on the south side of the building last year, and this wasn’t an issue, but being on the north side of the building was a different story. Had to get ear plugs to sleep. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Hi Analisa, Thank you for your review, we are glad you enjoyed your stay overall. Just wanted to comment on the road noise as you can see on the map that Passage Point is close to the highway. We get very few comments on this overall, so we don't think it's much of an issue but something to keep in mind for people that are very sensitive sleepers. Thanks, John Forest, Bighorn Rentals
The property is in a great location, just a short walk to the lifts. It came as advertised and we would stay here again. The reasons I gave it a four-star are: first, the mattress is the master bedroom sinks and provides almost no support (and I am 5'8", 133lb), which made it difficult to get a restful sleep after a long day of skiing. I provided this feedback directly to the management company and hopefully they will act on it; second, the check-in and check-out are in Frisco (around 7 miles from the condo in Copper), which I knew at the time of the reservation. In any case, the snowstorm on the day of our arrival just made it a real hassle to get the keys. Thanks for the memorable time!

Hi Ray, Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed the property. We will follow up with the mattress in the master although I will say that mattresses are pretty subjective - we literally have one group say a mattress is too hard and the next group will say it's too soft. As for check in/out, it's important to mention that we are on the way to Copper for 99% of our guests, it is not a separate trip to come check in/out. If you are part of the other 1% please contact us and we can make other arrangements for the keys. Thanks, John Forest, Bighorn Rentals
The property fit our needs for a family of 4 ski trip. Close to the ski lifts and village. Easy access to the hot tubs. Everything was comfortable. 2 small issues, there was no cabinet space to store groceries, so we just put them on the counters. It was nice to have breakfasts and lunches in the condo. The check out process was a little confusing as there are binders in the condo with one set of instructions and another set in a folder. The binder says leave the keys on the counter but apparently you need to bring them back to the office in Frisco, which we learned after we were already in Nebraska. But very minor glitches. Overall I would recommend this property.

Great location, but extremely disappointing unit
This is our third time staying at Passage Point. Although we love the location, this condo was our least favorite. It is in need of cleaning, updating, and furniture to make it rental friendly. The mattress in the second bedroom was so soft and uncomfortable that our 12 year old son couldn’t even sleep on it. After two nights of waking with back pain and taking ibuprofen, he decided to sleep on the upper bunk. I will warn, the ladder up to it is not easy or recommended for children without help from an adult. The pillows in the master bedroom were so old/thin that you have to fold them in half and stack them three high. When I stripped the bed upon checking out, one was ripped and stuffing falling out. Although there are plenty of cupboards in the unit, every single one is crammed with unnecessary dishes. Does a 2-bedroom unit really need 20-30 coffee mugs? As an owner of two ski homes in New England, I would suggest freeing up some cupboard space for guests to store their food items. The carpets are in desperate need of cleaning. The master bathroom shower door does not close properly. Also, we did not realize that this unit is directly over the parking garage doors and the view is of that and Route 70. The small humidifier does not work. Neither bedroom has a dresser. We stayed in this unit for two weeks. I would recommend it for a weekend away, but not for a vacation or extended stay.

Hi Michelle, Thanks for the review and sorry you didn't like the place. It sounds like the main problem for your stay was the bed in the guest bedroom. We'll check it out but I wanted to mention that it is brand new, less than 1 year old. We have already had the carpets cleaned, replaced the pillows in the master bedroom and replaced the humidifier. The master bath shower door we found to be working okay and we'll check on the kitchen cabinet space and the bunk bed ladder.
Thanks,
John Forest

We loved the condo, and the location can’t be beat! Right in the village, easy access to skiing. Kitchen was stocked with all the cookware & appliances needed. Check-in is in Frisco, but no problem. Definitely recommend, we had an amazing experience!
Good Ski-In/Ski-Out Option in Center Village Copper Mountain
Tidy condo property with fireplace in a great location, 3 minute walk to American Flyer and American Eagle lifts. Lodging is spacious and comfortably sleeps 6. Kitchen essentials provided to cook meals, make coffee, etc. Overall good place to stay with all you need for a trip to the mountains. Only drawback is check in/out is not on-site - located about 15 minutes away at rental company office in Frisco, CO.
