Welcome to your cozy retreat in Panorama Hills, Calgary! This modern 1-bedroom, 1-bath basement suite offers privacy and comfort with its own separate entry and in-suite laundry. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with an island, a spacious living room with smart TV, and a work desk. The cozy bedroom features a projector for streaming your favorite shows. With its own heating control, soundproofing, and plenty of street parking, this suite is perfect for your Calgary stay!

We have a one queen size bed in the bedroom.
The sofa also has a pull out bed.
There is a trifold queen mattress also available or an air mattress. which ever guest prefers.
Meet our two sun conures, Bubu and Chuchu! These colorful parrots bring joy to our home with their playful chatter. While we’ve added soundproofing to the basement suite, you might occasionally hear their cheerful calls during the day. Rest assured, we ensure they’re settled for the night before quiet hours, so your evenings will be peaceful. Bubu and Chuchu love attention and might even charm you with their lively personalities!
