We had a lovely stay overall. The apartment was very clean, the host was responsive, and it was extremely convenient to the Calgary airport, which made it a great choice after a late-night arrival.As a family of five, it was very convenient, but ultimately this basement apartment was smaller than a usual "sleeps 5" rental. There is only eating space for two people, and limited space to hang out, watch tv, etc. We also found the kitchen stocked for only a couple of people, with limited dishes and utensils.For a short overnight stay before or after a flight, we'd definitely recommend it! We had fantastic host communication and the convenience to the airport, quiet and safe neighborhood, and the large entryway (perfect for suitcases) worked great. But for a larger family or a longer stay, we'd suggest looking carefully at whether the space will meet your needs.
