We loved the seventies vibe and memorabilia. Despite the rain my grandsons had great fun playing ball games in the large grassy garden. Lots of rabbits to spot too. The beach was a little further to walk than I'd anticipated. however it was a lovely walk and my daughter named it The Goonies forest walk after the old movie.
