Remove all garbage to the outdoor bin, leave bin at the end of driveway. Only 1 bag of trash/stay. Wash all dishes. Turn down all baseboard heaters in every room. Set the fireplace remote to 16°C

See black binder on coffee table for information. Ex how to safely use gas retro stove/range. Please note if guests choose to use the bbq they are asked to clean prior to and after usage.

Please ensure you bring linens (sheets, blankets, pillow covers) with you. We supply pillows, bath towels, beach towels, soaps and starter toilet paper.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

To help keep our rates affordable we ask guests to bring their own bed linens and blankets.
