Beautiful and very spacious shower area and separate laundry with washing machine.
Spacious master bedroom with vaulted high ceilings and built in robe area.
Very well appointed kitchen/dining area with stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher - 75 inch flat screen TV with Wi-Fi and pay TV.
Kitchen has all the utensils and crockery you require. Large fridge/freezer.
Close to the city of Rockhampton, 14klm to the beautiful seaside city of Yeppoon and 10klm to the beaches of Emu Park. A beautiful little town with an IGA supermarket, fuel, chemists, lovely cafes and take away foods.
15 minutes drive from the property will get you to Roslyn Bay boat harbour, where you can catch the fast cat ferries to visit the Keppel Islands. Keppel Islands are pet friendly.
The outside undercover patio, with its raw timber table and bench seats overlooks the paddocks where the Clydsedale horses and miniature cows graze contentedly.
Being part of a farm stay - there are plenty of animals for the children to feed and pat, Pygmy goats, Brahma and Pekin Bantam chickens, Nigerian dwarf goats - and of course the giant horses and miniature cows.
A bbq is set out on the patio in order to enjoy outdoor meals, if you dont want to cook inside.
Plenty of attractions including multiple boat ramps close by for the keen fishermen.
