A perfect place for our family holiday. Well equiped and comfortable beds. Very spacious. Lovely open living area and great kitchen. So nice to look out at the water and have the breeze coming through the apartment. Would stay here again for sure.
Beautiful and convenient location. Felt relaxed as soon as I entered the apartment. Great view from balcony to enjoy our morning coffee. The bed was so comfortable!

Great property which is close to all of the important family facilities ... beach, skate park, walks and very easy stroll to town. Pretty much left the car in the garage. Accommodation was perfect ..

Lovely property, well located with only with the only downside being the absence of tea towels in the kitchen and the lack of a comprehensive guide for the whole unit itself, for example how to use the television easily and better cushioning for the cane lounges, but repeating a great unit and location.

A very comfortable, spacious and clean unit, exactly as pictured. The outlook to the town beach is pretty and having the bowling club at the back was handy for tennis and barefoot bowls. Lots of utensils and crockery but be sure to pack your own food essentials....e.g. salt and pepper, oil, vinegar, plastic wrap, soap etc. Not a problem but a good thing to be aware of. There are lots of cafes in town which is a 2 minute drive or 10 min walk or longer if you take the coastal trail which is delightful.

This renovated apartment is perfect for a young family. It was very spacious and we loved that we didn’t need to use the car during our stay since everything was within walking distance. The only downside was we had to take our own cots (two of them) and we didn’t have access to a high chair for the 1 year old. We would have been happy to rent them but this wasn’t an option. One of the bedrooms is also very light, which wasn’t ideal with kids under 2 when you need a darker room for sleeps. Despite this, we still had a great time and made the above scenarios work for us.

Fabulous position
The apartment was absolutely fabulous clean with everything we needed. As interstate travellers we were a little let down by the check in. Arrived at real estate 4.45 they were to close at 5. Locked with staff still inside. I was told the If we arrived after 5 a welcome pack would be in the locked box outside. Staff did not look happy to open up and talk. We were told the welcome pack was in locked box. Opened welcome pack only to find. Keys photo copy of keys and contract. Was hoping for a map of town with apartment marked. Maybe a welcome of things to do and see. Anyway lucky for google. I guess that’s what they expected us to use. Absolutely loved our stay Apartment and position would highly recommend. Maybe we caught staff at real estate on a bad day. Thank you Port Macquarie for a fantastic holiday.

great unit, pity about the cleaner
The unit is in a beautiful location and is well equipped. We stayed 3 nights, arriving late on the first night. As we had been charged for cleaning we expected to arrive to an immaculate place. There were clean towels on the beds, but also crumbs on the table, and only a few sheets of paper on the toilet roll, with no spare rolls. The bed sheets were crumpled with the spare blanket just tossed onto it. We wondered if the sheets were clean. We visited the estate agent next day and she contacted the cleaner, who cane with replacement toilet rolls and some tea bags. She tidied the beds but didn’t change the sheets. We were told we should have rung the cleaner ourselves when we arrived as the number was in the envelope with the keys. Is it reasonable to ring a cleaner at 8.45pm? We are elderly and left the place neat and tidy.
This place was perfect for us! Very spacious, plenty of room for my little ones and teenage step son, great location opposite the beach and then only 5mins from town.
We'll stay here again.

Really spacious unit that’s in a great location for ducking across to the beach. The unit block also has a lift which is great considering it’s age.
A couple of minor things but didn’t ruin our stay was the lounge was uncomfortable, the fly screen doors onto the balconies are old and fall off the tracks constantly.

Great spacious flat in ideal location
This property was big and located in a wonderful spot, with the beach right across the road, short walk to cafes and morning coffee van. Big, well equipt kitchen and three good size bedrooms. Quiet but central location, great for families. Didn't have much communication from the real estate agents who manage property before check in, but we did check in on a Sunday, and we found it easily enough from the info in e-mails, but very minor quibbles for such an awesome place. Will definately be back here some time.

Great Property, Hopeless Management
We were booked in to arrive on a Sunday afternoon and I rang and spoke with the managing agent 4 days before our arrival. Arrived at agents office to collect keys from key box, 2 envelopes, neither in our name, opened both, one had address of our property. Went to property it was dirty, unmade beds, used towels in bathroom. Tried contacting "after hours" number without success, sent emails, numerous calls, no reply. Had to arrange alternate accommodation for the night. Spoke with agent next day who basic blamed everyone else accept herself. Accused us of breaking into the property. She said she would refund the nights accommodation that we paid for, but could stay there, this STILL hasn't happened almost 3 weeks later.
The property is great and perfect location, just needs a better managing agent.

Lovely apartment, spacious and clean. Beautifully renovated bathroom and ensuite. Close to town and right across the road from the beach. Only two drawbacks, lounges are old and a little uncomfortable, no air-conditioning and only one pedistal fan provided in the main bedroom all bedrooms should have one with the hot weather.

Clean, comfortable accommodation in great location.. The only negative was no air conditioning. New modifications are very appealing. Overall great place to stay.
loved everything about it but took them 3 days to get someone to change 2 batteries in smoke alarms this was unacceptable also now that we home taking too long to get bond back
