Appartment is located a short walk into town and across the road from the shopping centre. Apartment was great size, air con in all the upstairs bedrooms, clean and tidy, comfortable beds, very much enjoyed our stay.
Myself and my family thoroughly enjoyed staying here, we found the location absolutely amazing. The townhouse itself was beautiful, the stairs are bit scary for young children although nothing we can’t manage for a nice little getaway. The beds were comfortable, the large washing machine was insanely helpful! Thank you for having us, hope to return soon. :)
Location was great, close to everything. The stairs to go upstairs were are bit of a problem for the elderly. There was no milk in the fridge on arrival and no ironing board. Otherwise a great stay

We enjoyed our stay here it was close to shops, park and town centre. The kitchen could have been a bit more stocked and organised and needs a wipe down in the draws and pantry. There was a large chipped crockery serving plate and the pots and pans all thrown in one shelf-less cupboard. No mixing bowls or other serving dishes. All utensils including shape knives also all throw in together in a basket in the pantry when all the draws were empty. Iron with no ironing board. Coffee machine in pieces stuffed in the back of a cupboard. Broken cupboard handles and door handles to room. Needs some TLC but it also did the job. Beds were comfortable but the room described with a double futon is incorrect it a single bunk with a single trundle. We had a laugh at the towel hooks over the top of the doors that go so high to the ceiling and the hooks on the doors were on hangers at the top and no one could reach them to hang anything until my brother arrived and took them down to put on the wardrobes we could use them. I’m 5.6 and on my tippy toes reaching, I still couldn’t get a towel up there. Veranda needs a scrub down had a lot of dirt build up on tiles. Beside these little things that would have made it more practical and convenient of a stay. It was good.Thank you
Very clean, easy to find and great check in instructions. We were a group of adults and the key pad rather than keys was great. Beds and linens were all fine. The only downside was the kitchen wasn't stocked with things like salt, pepper and oil which would have been helpful for our 4 night stay. Overall a good stay, we would absolutely stay here again.
Great location…close to restaurants, shopping and clubs. Walk to the city centre. Very spacious and well equipped villa. Plenty of room for a family or group of friends. Easy access to property with secure onsite parking. Owner is great to communicate with…thank you Michael we enjoyed our stay again this year!
Couldn't park in the car space provided as some one in the complex was parked there .Was hard to unlock the key coded door .Very clean great location comfy beds .
It would have been good to have had numbers on the hot plate knobs dangerous as hit and miss with turning off the hot plates. No mention of bedrooms being up very steep stairs.
excellent position, handy to shops, clubs and waterfront. Not at all noisy as some have said, despite it being on a busy street. Only negative being that Stayz sent us the wrong keypad code. Owner gave immediate help so no further hassles. Would stay here again.
The property was perfect.Clean and well presented.Close to many ammenities.Code lock initially difficult to open although not an issue.Thank you to the owner. Garry
Thank you for a wonderful weekend! The comprehensive welcome pack made it super easy for us to check in when we arrived late Friday night. The place was clean and so homely. Pricing was very reasonable. The family loved it so we will stay again!

Clean and tidy villa. Plenty of room. Stairs a bit narrow and steep care required going down. Number pad lock at front door hard to see in direct sunlight. Great having undercover car parking off street.

We stayed for one night with 5 adults and 2 children. We found the property is in urgent need of a lot of repair. The entry keypad was the first item in need of fixing and it continued throughout the house. The bathroom roof is mouldy and grubby, the towel hooks are at the top of a 2.4 m door out of reach for a normal height person) the toilet cistern was fully cracked and fixed with silicone (with a note written on toilet paper: wet silicone-do not touch), a rusty towel trolley, a bathroom window that does not shut, door handles on wardrobes and kitchen cupboards that need replacement were long screws were used to make them appear ok, wash basin taps that move instead of properly turning on and off, missing, broken, too short or too long window shades etc etcWe booked for 5 adults and 2 children but there were only 6 bath towels. The towels were unhygienic (smelly), the pillowcases appeared to have missed a wash in between guests. There was a jug and instant coffee, no coffee maker as advertised. Even though the property is conveniently located to shops, restaurants and marina, it is not a nice area of town. Foul mouth people were partying and screeming at various times of night and I truely regret having booked this place but am happy I only booked for one night!

Nice place for a brief gateaway
To follow the directions to check-in was odd, had to keep retracking our steps.
The key pad was hard to read as stated in the check in process
There was rubbish under the beds that we disposed of.
Couple of holes in the walls & doors that where painted over.
Wouldn't bring younger children due to the safety of the staircase.
The family space & kitchen area was great.
It was a good spot to get away too, close to areas of interest and price was good.
