Combined kitchen, living and dining room, which opens onto the North facing, covered balcony. Two good sized bedrooms, master with built-ins. Completely renovated bathroom with new shower, tiles and vanity. Separate toilet.
Property features include a totally renovated unit with new kitchen, new bathroom, new toilet, polished floorings, reverse cycle air conditioning and single lock-up garage.
NB - Personal Linen IS NOT Provided - guests must bring their linen in the form of Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels including tea towels and bathmats. Linen hire can be arranged from Kempsey Laundry but we require at least 72 hours notice.
