Welcome to Polly’s Perch, our three-bedroom Bach tucked into Arthur Crescent, just 200 metres from the beach and boat ramp at Waikawa Bay, ideal for launching, paddling, or swimming & picnic's. It is a unique A frame house with Classic Kiwi Bach style well suited for travellers, couples or families looking for a getaway. Only 7 minutes from Picton it is a great wee spot for exploring the Marlborough Sounds, walking tracks, water adventures, or just enjoying this beautiful part of the country.
