Property was clean with a nice location. It was in the basement so a bit cold. There was no washer/dryer or dishwasher. Place was comfortable.

Thank you for the feedback. I would like to note that the property listing does not include a washer and dryer. Also we did include instructions about warming the apartment by closing the vents and using the provided space heater.
