The UPSTAIRS lounge & kitchen is the heart of the home, with generous, comfortable seating plus a extendable dining table for group meals, games, or conversation. It opens onto two large decks - with a giant King Living sunlounger and comfortable seating for outdoor dining. The other large covered deck features comfortable outdoor sofas. The lounge features a large new smart TV.
DOWNSTAIRS, the extra-large rumpus room is big enough for everyone to gather. With abundant comfy seating, a pool table, darts and a new smart TV, it’s perfect for watching the game, playing, or unwinding. From here, step directly onto the expansive back lawn and stroll down to the lakefront. This is effortless indoor and outdoor living.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PARTIES & LOUD GATHERINGS:
Our Lakehouse is NOT a party house. Sound carries greatly at the lake. The neighbours (your hosts are also your neighbours), are very sensitive to noise. If you are planning any kind of party or loud gathering please look elsewhere for your accommodation. Feel free to discuss your stay with us before booking.

UPSTAIRS:
KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances you might need for a weekend or a week or two. Electric cooktop and oven plus a new convection microwave (it can both microwave and roast). Basic condiments plus tea, coffee (including a small amount of Nespresso coffee pods), sugar, etc are provided for your use. The coffee machine provided takes aluminium Nespresso compatible pods.
DINING / LOUNGE: 2 sofas and an easy chair will comfortably seat 7+ The dining table can comfortably seat 8 and extends to accommodate 10-12. Extra dining chairs are kept under the stairs.
DOWNSTAIRS RUMPUS: Large sofa and 2 easy chairs will comfortably seat 8+ Pool table Darts 2 x bar tables Smart TV
OUTDOOR ALFRESCO/TERRACES: 1 covered verandah at the front of the house has comfortable lounge seating for 6 -8. 1 covered verandah at the rear has comfortable dining for 12. 1 uncovered verandah at the font of the house with seating for 2. There is a high chair plus kids table which seats 4 (stored under the stairs).
There is Gas BBQ on the rear verandah.
