Check in was smooth, exactly as described and in the pictures. Was enough space for a family of 5. Very handy having publix next door. We did have an issue with the washing machine for most of our stay but had access to another condo but wasn't ideal. Overall would stay again as great location to universal and could watch the epic Universe fireworks every night at 9pm

Great location to universal, epic, and Disney. Got Ubers quickly. Fit group of 7 with three teens nicely. Walking distance to grocery store (Publix). Enjoyed the fire pit at the reserve pool area on a chilly evening. Felt safe in a nice area but know that they give the same gate code to all Ubers. No code to get into the building. We didn’t like stains on living room chair, crack on a glass, dusty base boards, low quality starter kit, no hand soap, too squishy mattresses, flat throw pillows, dirty comforter & pillowcase, numerous unnecessary fake flowers, and multiple messages (text, email, in app) to try to get money through different options. Felt like we got what we paid for.

Property had all the basics and Publix is an easy walk for anything you may want to pick up. Place was clean and the kids especially loved the big balcony.
