Overall great house, it's super nice, close to the bay beach, and very quiet around there. Beautiful trees everywhere to keep things private. House is well-soundproofed between rooms, has a great deck and hot tub, and a really nice game room.It only lost a star because there were several minor issues. One bathtub drain would not plug to fill the bath, one tv didn't work, the screen door broke and was stuck open, and the grill didn't have any propane when we arrived. It also took about a day and several calls to finally get a confirmed delivery on new propane.Overall super nice.
