We stayed in this home for our family vacation to Bear Lake. There was plenty of space for all of us, the home was clean and beautiful, and the property manager was wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here again when we return next year.
There were issues with our unit and repairs wouldn’t be completed in time for our stay. But the management company told us, a week in advance, we could switch units or get a full refund. We chose to switch units, it was a seamless transfer and our stay went so well!!
It’s an amazing property the pictures make it look huge. So we were surprised out how much smaller it was. But extremely nice and well done. Also the bbq needs upgrading as I had to put it out. I mean I could have washed but there was no hose. AmaIng place though book it for sure
This was my first experience with a VRBO. The place was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. It is small, however it accommodated our group of 16 people very well. Love the small floorplan. It's not big enough for the ping pong tables etc, but the pickle ball across the street worked great for our group. The owner was quick to respond to my questions. I will definitely return to this VRBO.

Last minute trip to Bear Lake. The unit was good. There were plenty of beds but living space was small. Unit was clean and nice. Location was fine, but we spent our time on North Beach so we should have stayed in Fish Haven to be closer to the beach we like. Overall we enjoyed our time there.
This was a good location in garden city, just off a couple blocks from the main attractions. The house accommodated 6 adults and 6 kids just fine. Plenty of tv’s around to keep entertained after the sun went down. The only issues for us was the place wasn’t super clean. Not dirty like 7-11 dirty, but there was a leftover bar of soap in the shower when we got there that had hairs from the previous occupants (gag), there was a large amount of food and leftover cereal in the couch cushions, lots of small bugs in the windows, and the bathroom showers need a good deep cleaning. There was soap scum around the bases of the showers. There were extra towels which was nice, and the kitchen utensils were nice to have. The rugs were a huge tripping hazard. The main rug in the front room rolls up at the edges and the oldest members of the group tripped a couple times on them. A deep cleaning between guests would be nice, and making sure the bathrooms are well cleaned would be recommended. Especially since we pay a cleaning fee. The manager was super responsive and accommodated a late check out, which was nice as well. Overall a great place for families, and in a good location where you’re close to the lake and some fun attractions.

Great proximity to town, the lake, trails for riding, jogging paths and restaurants. Plenty of sleeping space for our family of 10. It was our second time using this space and we will book it again!

Experience was great with Matt. We’ve stayed here a few times. Only hiccup this time was the cleanliness. Which was odd, there was old and a bummer because we brought some family friends with us that had never been to Bear Lake. But we’ve always had great experiences so we’ll book again!

Very nice rental townhome. Had way more then expected and was very clean. Well managed place and will for sure be back. Property manager was very easy to talk with and very helpful.
At first I was skeptical about the place as it was a little tricky to find but it's a very nice townhome. I love that there's a private garage to allow you to unload the car without having the whole neighborhood stare at you. I have a few things that I wish they'd change. First, the listing showed a bathtub in the main bedroom, which in our unit we didn't have. Also some places like the nightstands and corner table were dusty. Lastly, we had people come into the place while we were all trying to relax and have breakfast. I wasn't dressed for everyone's view, so it was uncomfortable. We could have been made aware of their coming to ensure no one was caught off guard. Other than that, I love that the kitchen was equipped with essentials to smooth our stay. I'll definitely book again if we go back to bear lake. Thank you for your hospitality Matthew.

The location was perfectly located for all of the things we participated in. The location was clean and well equipped. There was a nice view of the lake and sunrise from the upstairs bedroom.
The only issue I had was with the arrival/check in. The address provided was wrong so it created a great deal of havok at 10pm when we arrived. Also, there are landmarks, such as the public pool, which should be utilized in order to get renters to the proper location. Given the information we were provided, I had tried to enter some other persons home using the information provided me. I attempted to contact the property manager at the number provided to me and left several messages with no response. I finally read through the contract and located a different number and was able to reach someone. He was able to provide the proper address and remedy the issues. It all worked out but it definitely could have been a better experience.
Other than the hiccup in the beginning, this is a great location and I recommend it. We will definitely stay here again.
We loved this townhouse. It was clean, everything is brand new, beautifully furnished and decorated, had everything we needed and was within walking distance of Zipz, LaBeau’s, etc. No complaints! My family of 6 was very comfortable. Great AC too!!
