Loved the location of the property, close to everything. The pool and beach access was perfect for our family. The house was beautiful although the upstairs bedrooms were a bit smaller than expected. Great kitchen and loved the open area downstairs.

Liked: Communication, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
Slightly disappointing.
Cable or Tv downstairs didn’t work, our feet and socks were filthy from the floor and the rugs from being dirty! We had one roll of paper towels and one garage bag and not enough silverware. We had plenty of towels and were close to the south beach. You add was miss leading about the pool and hot tub which was across the crazy busy street. I would have called it dangerous to my young grandchildren. The cost was much more expensive than other places. We did like the convenience to the eating establishments. I would definitely check up on your cleaning people. I don’t like leaving a review like this, but we have been coming here for years and this was the first time things were not acceptable! I accidentally bought home the plug in for the electric skillet. If you send me the address, I’ll sent it back.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that this stay didn’t meet your expectations, especially after visiting the area for many years. We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter issues like the dirty floors, limited kitchen supplies, and the TV not working downstairs — these are not the standards we aim to maintain, and we’ll be following up with our cleaning team and restocking procedures right away.
There is another pool and hot tub on the same side of the road by the townhomes so there would be no need to cross the road unless you were going over to the beach. I apologize if it was not made clear to you of the location of that pool and hot tub. Your safety and comfort are very important to us, and we’ll take your comments into consideration as we continue to improve the guest experience.
We're glad to hear you enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and dining options, and we appreciate your honesty. Thank you also for letting us know about the skillet plug — we’ll message you directly with the return address. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future.
Great location and amenities. Condo has very poor air flow..
The condo has a very strange layout with kitchen on the second floor. There is a 10 degree temperature difference between the 2 floors so it’s hard for anyone to be completely comfortable. No coffee cups. No large frying pan. The property manager was very nice and responsive. Pool and hot tub, beach access and bike lane was awesome. Stay in legacy village but not at this condo.
Perfect location! Great amenities! Soft beds, struggled with the kitchen being up a couple of flights of stairs and would have liked to have had rooms with more Queen beds or a king but overall good property!
The townhouse was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake from the second floor. We really loved having access to the clubhouse pool and hot tub and a private section of the beach.
Behind the townhouses was a large grassy area, a simple pickleball court, and a splash pad which we utilized quite a bit also.
It was perfect for our family.
Overall the place is nice and convenient. However, in the description, it stated there were 3 full or queen beds plus one set of bunk beds. There were 2 sets of bunkbeds leaving one set of adults to sleep in a bunk bed, the bottom bed was full size. The upstairs bedrooms are very small, not much room to maneuver in. The kitchen is upstairs with a very small sitting room, nice view but be prepared to hump your coolers up some steep steps. The downstairs bedrooms were larger than upstairs. One queen bed and one bunkbed room. When we arrived there were not enough wrist bands and the power went out. Called the property manager and they were quick to respond and very pleasant. They couldn't do anything about the power situation as it was out for the entire town. Nice place but not convenient for 3 set of adults plus 4 kids.
The town home is in perfect condition exactly as pictured and the amenities such as pool/ hot tub and private launching were great. However trying to reach anyone was impossible. I contacted them before my stay for a question I had about a comment made by a pervious guest, 12 hours later I got a short “I’ll get back to you in the morning” they never did. Check in day and I still had not received door code or info. I emailed 2 more times and finally, 30 min before check in received the code. WiFi was listed as an amenity and my daughter is doing online school so we needed to use it but there was no password listed anywhere. We called the supposed 24 hr number and got a voicemail, the next day at 11:00am we got a call back but the person didn't have the password! He said he’d get back to us. 2 more texts and hours later, after another day had passed and my daughter had been draining my hotspot we finally got the password. The internet was spotty and very poor. On the last day my husband left at 6am to drive to Logan to find internet for his meeting because it was so terrible in the town home. As an Airbnb Owner myself, I know the value and importance of communication and availability with / for guests and this resort lacks it. As for the town home it’s self: it’s clean, modern, had a lovely view, good a/c, enough towels, pans and kitchen equipment (except tongs) and the beds were comfortable. The stairs are a pain to tread up and down constantly and drapes in the front room would be helpful so I give the house itself a 4 1/2 out of 5 but the utter lack of consideration and communication with guests received a 2. Therefore the 3 star rating.
There was not a pantry with basic items. Had to buy some pans. No window covering on east facing sliders. Sun coming up on the lake at 5 a.m. was so bright couldn’t sleep. Maybe put unit #’s on parking spaces. Full size pickup doesn’t fit in spot. Needs to be longer as they were taking up 2 most of the time. Temperature doesn’t regulate well between upstairs and down stairs. Maybe needs separate thermostats.
Great development but crossing the street isn’t great
We love legacy beach, this is our second year staying. We didn’t have as many families so we booked this townhome instead of a house. It was right on the Main Street so you can hear car noise at night and in morning. You don’t get the quite lake morning. Overall the townhome was new and nice, it was missing some basic essentials like coffee mugs, TV cable or antenna (we used our Netflix login). Kitchen is upstairs and rooms upstairs are small.
We did not receive a reminder email about our stay coming up and how to get in, maybe I missed that so I combed the beach looking for someone who might be able to help and we eventually got in. We booked months and months in advance so I couldn’t find the original email and would have assumed they would send one closer to, again maybe it is normal to not do this. It took a full day to bear back from management on getting the WiFi password. Would have also been helpful in an email or welcome book.
The pool area and private Bay Area are great. You do have mud at the shore line so you can’t just set your chairs on the beach and expect to dip your toes in the water. This wasn’t a problem for us because they have a dock you can walk out on to get in the water, we did that and floated on our toys. They also have little pop up docks the kids loved playing on. Water is waste deep a good 50 yards out so it makes it easy to let the kids paddle board all around safely.
...but the pictures don't show the whole story. This condo was brand new with some very nice features. But, what is not shown, is that all living facilities (kitchen and living room) are upstairs. The stairs are steep and long, so be aware if you have issues with this, (elderly and young children). The upstairs rooms were a little tight and without much room to store your electronics. Let's face it everyone wants to charge their phone right next to them while they sleep. The only other thing wrong here, is that none of my mapping programs could find the address, because it is so new. Boat parking was available and plentiful, although if the parking lot were to fill up, it might be tight to get backed into your spot. Overall this listing was great, the details listed above are only minute things that may be addressed in the future. The point of contact was quick with all the information we needed and happy to help in any way he could. We had a group of nine adults (and one baby). The beach is within walking distance and the view was beautiful.
Owners were very accommodating, they made our stay as comfortable as possible. Communication was great. The property is a part of a new resort with a private pool and beach section next to a clubhouse that’s very clean.
