Wonderful vacation spot! We've stayed at 3 of the 4 boards edge villas and this was by far the best. The two parking spots were convenient and it was a pleasant surprise to find toddler training toliet seats for our 3 year old and toys/games/puzzles provided for the entire family. Highly recommend and will visit again!

Definitely want to come back! It was a family trip. Grands loved the toys, puzzles available. Didn't touch what I brought them except for the pack of cards to play War. Met wonderful people on either side of the balcony! Thursday night fireworks were so awesome! We all enjoyed that! It was an enjoyable, affordable wonderful stay!

We were excited to have found a house near the boardwalk and beach so we didn't have a far way to walk. Upon arrival the place was clean and in nice shape. If you don't like steps, this is not the place for you, there are steps involved both to get to the inside and while inside as it's two floors. We did not remember or realize that it had three full bathrooms, so that made our day. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning with our coffee and also loved how secure everything is, both to get to our unit and to get In the garage. Overall, for our combined families it all worked out well. A few things I would look into as the owner of the unit, the sofa bed in the living room is full of stains, when opened.....the first bedroom off the kitchen needs a set of drawers. The unit had everything we needed including a vacuum, a high chair, iron and ironing board. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.

The location was perfect, communication with host was easy and quick, even when reaching out on emergency line regarding minor issue with assigned parking spots. House was clean, comfortable, and was exactly as described. Very happy with our stay!

Condo was very clean and spacious and equipped with tons of amenities. The location is ideal and within walking distance to many restaurants and the boardwalk.

Cleanliness was excellent. Renting linens was easy.Location was prime.Water was plentiful and hot and shower pressure was good for even 9 back to back showers. Parking was convenient including the 2nd space a block away.LOVE that the condo is no pets allowed. We have terrible animal allergies and could sit on the furniture without sneezing. It was heavenly.The only downside: There was constant music/bass thumping from about 745am until 8pm or so because of the All Friends coffee shop below the condo. When we were in the condo, this was really annoying while trying to concentrate or take a nap on the first floor of the condo as the queen bed (w/o the bathroom) and family room is on that floor.
